The business was established in 2004 by Brian Lewis in recognition of a need for a BBEEE business to operate as a go between with a non-BBEEE air conditioning firms and contractors/builders who require a black empowered air conditioning firm.
Business began slowly with initial work experienced being gained in Pietermartizburg.
We have just employed a person that has 8 years experience in sales, design, heating, cooling and installations. The business also has its own engineer who can design air conditioning and ventilation systems for the industrial and commercial market place. Our head technician has installed units from midwall splits units to the more complex VRV systems.
It is our mission to provide the best air conditioning service in South Africa and as we endeavor to realise this. We take cognisance of the political and economical imbalances of the past but do not dwell on these as a hindrance or a source of discontent, but rather choose to adopt a proactive lead in establishing ourselves as a meaningful contributor both to transformation,
in this regard, and as a contributor to the economic success story of
our region.

It is also recognized that there are certain groupings, which have been disadvantaged, and in this regard, deliberate attention is given to the development of disadvantaged groupings. Various employment equity strategies are employed.

The business does not subscribe to tokenism and window dressing, and it approaches employment equity in a sensitive and structured fashion, which allows mutual benefit to its individual employees and to the business enterprise.
Community Involvement and Social Responsibility
We are in recognition that the community within which is based is a major stakeholder in our business. As such, it is the policy of the business to support selected community projects and to get involved in community initiatives which are cause worthy, in an endeavor to contribute to the uplifting of the community.
Employees of the business are encouraged to involve themselves in worthwhile community development.
Brian Lewis is the co-founder of an NGO named Operation Moses (AIDS ORPHAN INITIATIVE) and serve on the board of the organisation. The business contributes to this organisation.
